..and when I unplug the microphone, if switches to phone internal mic, and the only way to turn it off I could find was to dive into the iPhone Privacy and Security settings, select microphone and go from there.

Anyone notice these dropping and switching between #1 & #2 when in stereo mode? ie going from left to right. Tried using these for a funeral where there were wireless mics all over the stage and on the minister. Found the rode pros kept losing signal. Had to use the rode go 2 as these pros have not been good for my live streaming set up so far 😢

This would be massive for setting up home audio booths - I could have had that solve a lot of wasted time when recently recording an audiobook and having to wait for noisy cars, trucks, motorcycles, helicopters, etc from interrupting us.

How do I plug-in two Rode VideoMic Go 2 microphones to the Rodecaster Pro 2? I'm trying to do interviews and have two mics. I REALLY want to use the USB-C ports on the mics, as it runs 24-bit quality. Thanks!

I’m positively cautious. It’s amazing and something I would love in my apartment. Walls and ceilings are thin and not soundproof, but being this amazing I have a feeling that it won’t be very affordable - like a lot of new tech and advancements leaving me with nothing.

i think doing this old school is the best...this allows you to really feel and control the story...using focus and all that...i use the simple straight forward one which is the Smallrig version...no batteries and no bluetooth and all that...straight up Lens control and its perfect... yes gadgets can be very James bond but getting the focus on is the key...

It would be a perfect way to stop road noise in a car. You could listen to music without other unwanted noise creeping into your tunes.

I wonder if cinema cameras will one day record in a series of base ISO's simultaneously, so the raw footage has a dynamic range of something like 30 stops.

Anyone else having a severe issue when you try to create personalized effects on Smart pads where when you save a button from the console it disconfigures another one from that same page? This is driving me mad, would appreciate some help. :( I have a Rodecaster Duo, firmware is up to date. Also, when I try to create effects from the Rode Central it does not apply them for some reason.
